Sewing and Baking

This was  made for my nephew in Canada.I enjoy sewing as well so i matched the colours of the quilt with the cake.I kept the cake and cookies simple as both were going to be sent by Fedex.

Wedding Cake

This was  for  nephew`s wedding reception in November,I  was in charge of  the dessert table and cake etc.
This was my first time making a tiered cake, it was a bit daunting  but   i was pleased with the result.

I made a variety of cupcakes for giving to friends and neighbours .

• Black Forest, with a cherry filling
• Chocolate and orange
• Nutella with a marshmallow center
• Cookie dough
• Twinkies with a creamy center

For the family we had a strawberry and fresh cream gateaux.

Green Ruffle Cake

This was for my daughter`s friend, its my take on the ruffle cake. The  ruffles usually go up and down but i did it across . It was quite easy but you need a steady hand.
